Good morning.
Thank you all for joining us in UAWEB, the Usability and Accessibility for the Web International Seminar, and later on in the signing of the first Manifesto on Usability and Accessibility for Government Websites.
I wish to give the warmest welcome to all of you, more than 250 registered participants.
I have the honor of presenting the distinguished people who accompany us in the opening of this seminar.
